As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at White Sox Bar & Grill, you will work closely with the General Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from opening through closing. The role involves managing all aspects of the restaurant's performance, including team management, guest satisfaction, operational execution, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, scheduling team members to meet service demands, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, managing inventory and cost controls, and overseeing accurate cash handling.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining

  • strong communication and leadership skills
