The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing both front of house and kitchen operations, ensuring that every element of the guest experience meets Smashburger's rigorous brand standards and SSP America’s commitment to excellence.

The position offers an annual salary of $65,000 along with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a year-end super bonus tied to company and restaurant performance. This role also comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, paid time off, 401K with company match, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, all management positions receive a company cell phone to assist with operational needs.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in managing and developing a team of Food Travel Experts, fostering a collaborative work culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. The incumbent will be deeply involved in cost control measures, optimizing both food and labor expenses to maximize profitability. Responsibilities extend beyond daily operations to include merchandising, inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is a great opportunity for leaders who are ready to further their careers within one of the largest and most respected restaurant operators globally. Working at Denver International Airport provides a unique and dynamic atmosphere where no two days are the same, and there is ample room for professional growth in a supportive setting.
