Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food service management or similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle alcohol as part of job duties
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Experience with cost control and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Focus on the food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead and develop Smashburger team including recruitment, training, and assigning tasks
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and health/sanitation standards
- Manage merchandising and display presentations and monitor inventory levels
- Handle office management tasks such as funds, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed
