We are seeking a skilled and passionate Smashburger & Bar Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Denver International Airport. This salaried position offers an annual salary of $65,000, with the potential for quarterly and year-end super bonuses tied to company and Smashburger restaurant performance. This role is best suited for a seasoned food service professional who excels in managing high-volume operations, focusing on food safety, and leading a motivated team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth operation and superior guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing team member performance, enforcing adherence to food quality standards and safety regulations, controlling costs, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities

- recruit, train, and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts

- maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards
- maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventory levels
