Among its portfolio is Qdoba, a well-known fast casual Mexican food restaurant that is located inside Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) in Minnesota. This location serves a diverse group of travelers daily, offering delicious meals alongside exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager position at the Qdoba location in Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) represents a dynamic, full-time, multi-unit management opportunity. The annual salary for this role is $65,500 with potential bonus earnings. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple units within the airport. This role is not limited solely to the Qdoba unit but encompasses oversight and support for other restaurant concepts inside MSP airport.
This multi-unit responsibility requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and operational expertise to manage multiple teams while upholding stringent standards for food quality, safety, and customer service.
