Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or food service
- Experience with full service or quick service restaurant preferred
- Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification required
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational maturity
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2 plus years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- Full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Culinary background desirable
- Relevant certifications include Food Handlers' Card
- Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize activities
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels including executives and team members
- Proven conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Focus on the food quality and standards, ensuring recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead, recruit, train, and communicate with the team of food travel experts
- Maintain adherence to all company policies, state health and sanitation standards
- Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations and monitor inventory
- Handle management of funds, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of reports
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed
