The position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Gene’s Bistro is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage labor and control costs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
- 1+ year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
- Experience leading teams managing labor and controlling costs
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends
