The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at Gene's Bistro is a critical leadership position tasked with partnering closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality and service, and drive team performance. Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1 plus year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
  • experience leading teams managing labor and controlling costs
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends
