Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
- 1 plus year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
- experience leading teams managing labor and controlling costs
- knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations including opening peak service and closing
- coach develop and schedule team members to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
- maintain strong food quality presentation and cleanliness standards
- ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
- manage inventory ordering and cost controls
- oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
- resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- support a positive team culture focused on accountability and performance
