In this position, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the front and back of house, ensuring that team members perform efficiently and effectively to meet company standards. Control of costs, particularly food and labor expenses, is essential to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent service standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also manages inventory and merchandising, ensuring displays and signage meet brand standards.
