Delaware North Gaming is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the dynamic team at Southland Casino located in West Memphis, Arkansas. Delaware North is a storied, family-owned global hospitality and food service company with over 100 years of experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is essential within the Food and Beverage team, working closely alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to lead frontline restaurant operations. The position involves overseeing daily tasks such as opening and closing procedures, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and payroll administration. Equally important is the role’s focus on maintaining exemplary guest service and adherence to safety, health, and sanitation standards. This fast-paced position requires strong leadership to inspire and develop team members, foster positive guest relations, and drive consistent, high-quality service in a vibrant hospitality setting.
Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $43,888 to $54,100 annually, with the potential for additional earnings through an annual bonus plan or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
- Strong communication organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
- Strong communication organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in training motivating and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering inventory scheduling payroll and monitoring point of sale systems
- Monitor and enforce health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
