- Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership
- minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management required
- experience in management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience
- proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- effective organizational maturity
- ability to interact with executives, union representatives and hourly team members
- proven problem-solving abilities
- high school diploma or equivalent
