The Food and Beverage Restaurant Assistant Manager position at Four Seasons New Orleans is a key leadership role within the food and beverage department, offering a full-time opportunity to contribute to the hotel's operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a high-performing team to meet and exceed company objectives related to sales growth, service excellence, guest satisfaction, quality control, and facility standards. The ideal candidate will excel in training, mentoring, and coaching staff to foster a positive and productive work environment that reflects the Four Seasons brand values. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the assistant manager will ensure that sanitation, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently upheld to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.
This position demands a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting and who understands the importance of operational precision and exceptional guest engagement. The Assistant Manager will utilize various tools and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Micros, and Open Table, to monitor and improve service processes. The role also requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, occasionally extending to longer hours during peak periods.
Candidates should bring a strong background in bar and food and beverage management, including knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, supported by certifications such as TIPS and ServSafe. Job Requirements
- work authorization in the United States required
- 3 to 4 years experience in bar/food and beverage management preferred
- 1 to 2 years experience in luxury bars/restaurants preferred
- strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor required
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
- ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications
