The position offered is a full-time, entry-level management role within the Food and Beverage department, specifically focused on restaurant, bar, and room service operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring daily operational excellence by assisting in overseeing the restaurant and bar teams, supporting menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and delivering outstanding guest service during peak meal periods. Compensation for this role ranges from $25.77 to $30.29 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses, reflecting Marriott's commitment to rewarding performance.

The candidate will assist in managing a diverse restaurant team, handling employee inquiries, supervising shift operations, and ensuring that all team members perform in alignment with the brand’s high service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring food quality, service levels, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires close coordination with chefs and restaurant managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
  • ability to work full-time

Job Qualifications
