This opportunity is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager position located within the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). The compensation package is competitive, with a salary range from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, along with quarterly and year-end bonuses. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring outstanding customer service within the airport location. Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain brand standards and achieve operational goals efficiently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks
  • ability to interact effectively with executives, union reps and team members
  • proven conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
