Job Requirements
- Meet all physical requirements for roles within the career path including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
- At least 2 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition among staff
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment for smooth operations
- Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Inspect food quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by upholding brand and SWEET standards
- Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute staff schedules
- Use operational data to drive sales and implement strategies
- Support daily operations through effective use of technology and systems
- Provide hands-on coaching during peak times or staffing gaps
- Execute all essential functions associated with Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
- Mentor and develop team members to become future leaders
