We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Badass Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager to join our passionate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach, balancing leadership duties with direct involvement in both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The starting pay range is $58,000 to $62,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on experience and performance. Weekly pay is available, ensuring financial stability and rewarding dedication.
As a Restaurant or Kitchen Manager at Bad Daddy's, you will be instrumental in creating a positive atmosphere for both our guests and employees. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- willingness to undergo background checks including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing front-of-house and back-of-house orders, and monitoring the safe
- ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
- support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours
- manage and resolve guest concerns professionally
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
