- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles within quick service or fast food environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Hands-on experience with inventory control budgeting and cost management in a hospitality setting
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team training and development responsibilities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment
- Background in food industry operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence

Job Duties
- Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation service quality and staff management
- Supervise daily shift activities to ensure smooth workflow timely service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Train and develop team members on food handling POS systems such as Toast customer service protocols and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels ordering supplies and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Handle cash transactions accurately including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end
- Support kitchen management tasks such as food production oversight ensuring consistency in culinary quality and presentation
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
