The Assistant Manager role at Chuck E. Cheese is an exciting leadership opportunity for those ready to elevate their management career in the beloved family entertainment industry. Assistant Managers make critical decisions daily involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, product quality, and guest service standards. They build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and motivating their team to meet company expectations. The role also involves coaching staff to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean, and well-run environment.

Additionally, Assistant Managers understand and apply cost control procedures, manage inventory and financials, and handle labor management. They take ownership of one of four "Areas of Impact" (AOI) during their rotation: the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom. Responsibilities include overseeing food safety and preparation, monitoring sales and merchandise profitability, leading birthday party execution, and maintaining game room equipment. The role requires effective communication skills, composure, resourcefulness, and integrity. Essential functions also involve physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.

This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with candidates ideally having a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age (adjusted per local law for alcohol service), and some management experience in the food service industry or equivalent.
