The Assistant Manager position at CEC Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for those ready to advance their management careers within a beloved family entertainment leader. This role is designed for high-energy, motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead and inspire a dedicated team to ensure every guest leaves happy. The responsibilities include daily decision-making involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining product and guest service standards. You will be responsible for building sales and maximizing profits by recruiting, training, and developing your team, ensuring they meet company and guest expectations. A significant aspect of the role involves coaching staff to maintain excellent guest service and a safe, clean environment. The position requires understanding cost control, inventory management, financials, and labor management.

Assistant Managers take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four key departments: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom. Each area comes with unique responsibilities, such as managing food preparation and safety in the kitchen, overseeing merchandising and sales metrics in the sales area, leading birthday party execution in the showroom, and collaborating with the Technical Manager to maintain equipment in the gameroom. This role demands a versatile leader capable of eventually rotating through all AOIs to gain comprehensive operational expertise.

The company offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20.45 to $22.49, plus commission potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales, with commissions paid bi-weekly. CEC Entertainment supports its employees with an extensive benefits package and a work environment that emphasizes safety, sanitation, and operational excellence. If you are ready to join a team that values coaching, effective communication, composure, resourcefulness, ethics, integrity, and strong time management, this role is tailored for you. Join CEC Entertainment and play a key leadership role in an organization that truly values fun, family, and career growth.
