Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage cash and financial transactions accurately
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and write english
- ability to verbalize and clearly respond to fans and players
- stands and walks 100 percent of the shift
- reaches bends stoops and wipes frequently
- lifts and carries up to 50 lbs up to 20 times per shift
- able to work in damp hot work environments
- experience working with open flames
- experience using sharp knives and utensils
- able to use slicers or other kitchen machinery
- ability to hold items weighing up to 5 lbs for extended periods
Job Duties
- assist with administrative duties including ordering receiving inventory scheduling and vendor invoice management
- source interview and hire candidates train players delegate provide direction evaluate counsel and discipline players as needed
- oversee all daily financial responsibilities including cash handling daily deposits authorize comps and voids
- investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- oversee cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure health and safety compliance
- assist with marketing strategy and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
- provide performance feedback and reviews for players and assist with professional development of the team
