Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage or related area
- ability to supervise and manage staff
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- knowledge of alcohol service compliance
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- monitor alcohol beverage service compliance
- assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals

- open and close restaurant shifts
- interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- supervise staffing to meet guest service and operational needs
- encourage employees to provide excellent customer service
- handle guest problems and complaints
