Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- consistently model company core values through leadership and decision making
- foster open communication and positive working relationships with leadership and team members
- maintain a consistent schedule averaging approximately 40-45 hours per week
- ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
- excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- experience in high volume, hospitality driven environments preferred
- entrepreneurial and growth oriented mindset
- ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead by example and help create accountability across the front-of-house team
- support fast, friendly, and attentive service standards during all shifts
- attend and actively participate in weekly L10 leadership meetings
- help foster a positive, team driven restaurant culture
- consistently enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- assist the General Manager and Chef with labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
- maintain restaurant standards related to cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and daily operational execution
- assist with performance reviews, coaching conversations, and employee development
- support administrative responsibilities including onboarding paperwork, invoices, communication follow-up, and operational reporting
- promote clear, professional communication while following proper chain-of-command processes
