Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • consistently model company core values through leadership and decision making
  • foster open communication and positive working relationships with leadership and team members
  • maintain a consistent schedule averaging approximately 40-45 hours per week
  • ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
  • excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • experience in high volume, hospitality driven environments preferred
  • entrepreneurial and growth oriented mindset
  • ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and help create accountability across the front-of-house team
  • support fast, friendly, and attentive service standards during all shifts
  • attend and actively participate in weekly L10 leadership meetings
  • help foster a positive, team driven restaurant culture
  • consistently enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • assist the General Manager and Chef with labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
  • maintain restaurant standards related to cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and daily operational execution
  • assist with performance reviews, coaching conversations, and employee development
  • support administrative responsibilities including onboarding paperwork, invoices, communication follow-up, and operational reporting
  • promote clear, professional communication while following proper chain-of-command processes
