The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role within the restaurant's leadership and management team. This position involves providing direction, training, and expertise to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, and each shift achieves its business goals. As an assistant manager, you will assist in overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant located at 2120 N Preisker Lane, Santa Maria, CA. Your responsibilities include developing and mentoring your team to foster a positive and efficient work environment, overseeing and reinforcing strict food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining Wendy's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and protecting the Wendy's brand and assets.

The role requires not only strong managerial skills but also a hands-on approach to leadership. Assistant Restaurant Managers must be proactive in communicating with staff and customers, managing resources effectively, and promoting teamwork and collaboration among the employees.
