Job Requirements
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and move at a productive pace for up to ten hours
- capability to safely lift items up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills

- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred

Job Duties
- deliver prompt and friendly service in line with company standards

- address and resolve verbal guest complaints swiftly and effectively
- prioritize guest engagement through required table visits
- manage departmental inventory levels and ensure product quality
- efficiently schedule staff to align with sales demands
- implement and maintain effective safety and security protocols
- promote cleanliness, organization, and sanitation within the restaurant
- conduct routine maintenance checks and report repairs
- support quality recruitment and referrals
- facilitate the training and development of new managers
- maintain ongoing employee development through feedback and documentation
- monitor employee performance and document disciplinary issues
- ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and labor laws
- conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate paperwork submissions
- serve as a role model for managers and team members
- embrace continuous learning through the Management Development Program
