- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- manage reservations and guest interactions
- ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, bar and front of house
- monitor food and beverage quality and service standards
- maintain compliance with health, safety and liquor laws
- provide memorable dining experience
- train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff
