Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • experience with POS systems preferred
  • ability to multitask
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage reservations and guest interactions
  • ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, bar and front of house
  • monitor food and beverage quality and service standards
  • maintain compliance with health, safety and liquor laws
  • provide memorable dining experience
  • train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff
