Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible COO approval for younger age per local law
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people or six months experience as a Shift Supervisor
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to variable temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in food service industry or six months experience as a Shift Supervisor
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Resourcefulness
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management and staff scheduling
  • Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and company standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits through effective recruiting and training
  • Coach and motivate team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety
  • Understand and apply cost control procedures and financial accounting
  • Manage inventory levels and labor efficiently
  • Support the development of Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Shift Supervisors
