Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible COO approval for younger age per local law
- Minimum of one year experience managing people or six months experience as a Shift Supervisor
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to variable temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in food service industry or six months experience as a Shift Supervisor

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management and staff scheduling
- Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and company standards
- Build sales and maximize profits through effective recruiting and training
- Coach and motivate team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety
- Understand and apply cost control procedures and financial accounting
- Manage inventory levels and labor efficiently
- Support the development of Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Shift Supervisors
