Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 months experience as a Shift Manager
- Pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Take pride in your work and prioritize customer service
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Practice high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to timeliness
- Ability to interpret various instructions and solve practical problems
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and communicate effectively
- Frequently required to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities
- Must possess specific vision abilities including peripheral vision
- May be occasionally exposed to cooking fumes in a moderate noise environment
- Intermittent travel may be required for training and regional support
