The Stand is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their Newport Beach location. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $27.00 plus tips and a performance bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations of the restaurant, acting as the shift leader for front of house, kitchen, and guest interactions. Responsibilities include team development through training and coaching, managing daily operations such as ordering and opening/closing procedures, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to brand standards. The role requires someone who provides strong leadership on the floor by example, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and has a keen awareness of how their shift affects the restaurant’s overall success.

This position requires at least one year of restaurant management or Assistant General Manager experience and candidates must be 21 years or older with full-time availability, including weekends.
