- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example on the floor

- Full-time availability including weekends

Job Duties
- Shift leadership and a true point person for front of house, kitchen, and guests
- Team development including training and coaching
- Managing daily operations such as support, ordering, opening and closing
- Ensuring guest experience and complaint resolution
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
- Understanding and managing overall restaurant success impact during shifts
