Job Description

Dunkin' is a renowned American multinational coffee and baked goods chain, founded in 1950 and widely recognized as America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for quality coffee and delicious baked products. With a leading market position in hot and iced coffee, donuts, bagels, and muffins, Dunkin' has established a reputation for superior customer loyalty, consistently securing the No. 1 ranking in the coffee category by Brand Keys for 14 consecutive years. The brand operates more than 13,100 restaurants across 41 countries worldwide, a testament to its vast global presence and influence. Headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, Dunkin' is part of the Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. family of companies, which continues to innovate and expand in the highly competitive foodservice industry.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Dunkin', you will join a dynamic team that embodies a culture of operational excellence, guest-focused service, and entrepreneurial spirit. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in cultivating a dedicated and high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional and friendly guest experiences while achieving profitable top-line sales. You will play a vital role in the ongoing development of crew members and shift leaders, ensuring that all employees are aligned with Dunkin's brand standards and operational goals.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for fostering a guest-first environment that meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will lead by example, upholding high standards for yourself and your team and driving key performance indicators including guest satisfaction, quality, production, and profitability. A key aspect of your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing solutions to operational challenges, using insights and data to optimize team performance and restaurant results. You will also have the opportunity to coach and develop team members through structured development plans, creating pathways for their growth and success within the company.

This leadership position demands excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills, enabling you to build effective teams and maintain strong working relationships. Emphasizing collaboration, you will encourage teamwork and open communication, recognizing employee strengths and accomplishments while fostering engagement and morale. You will also support compliance with all safety, food safety, sanitation, and legal requirements to maintain a healthy and secure restaurant environment.

Additionally, the role involves financial acumen with responsibilities such as cost control, executing marketing promotions, and driving sales goals. Your ability to analyze business trends, adjust strategies, and implement change will be critical to the restaurant’s profitability and continuous improvement. If you are driven by results, passionate about developing others, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience, this opportunity at Dunkin' will empower you to make a significant impact within a global brand.
