Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
high school diploma or equivalent
proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
effective organizational skills
ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
proven conflict resolution skills
associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
quick-service restaurant management experience desired
culinary background desired
full-service dining with bar management desired
proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
ability to interact at all levels including with executives, union representatives and diverse hourly team members
proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
