This role is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a competitive salary of $70,600 per year based on a 50-hour work week. In addition to the base pay, there is opportunity for quarterly bonuses and a year-end super bonus, rewarding outstanding performance and dedication.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a vital role in managing all front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth daily operations. This position demands a passionate leader who can maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and foster a positive team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team, overseeing systems and processes, merchandising and displays, office management, forecasting and budgeting, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively. This position is ideal for a food service professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a management or supervisory capacity, preferably in quick-service restaurant management or a culinary background. The role requires proficient computer skills, including the use of MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize various operational tasks and interact effectively with executives, union representatives, and hourly team members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.

Job Requirements
