Job Duties
- Champion customer satisfaction by providing speedy service and addressing guest concerns promptly
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and embrace a customer-focused culture
- Assist in developing the restaurant's annual operating plan, analyze sales, and implement strategies to meet profit margin targets
- Supervise and mentor team members to foster a motivated work environment and support their growth
- Maintain equipment and facilities to company standards and ensure all food safety protocols are followed
- Oversee HR functions, including hiring, performance management, and staff training and training development
- Participate in performance evaluations and professional development initiatives to meet growth benchmarks
