Job Duties

  • Champion customer satisfaction by providing speedy service and addressing guest concerns promptly
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards and embrace a customer-focused culture
  • Assist in developing the restaurant's annual operating plan, analyze sales, and implement strategies to meet profit margin targets
  • Supervise and mentor team members to foster a motivated work environment and support their growth
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to company standards and ensure all food safety protocols are followed
  • Oversee HR functions, including hiring, performance management, and staff training and training development
  • Participate in performance evaluations and professional development initiatives to meet growth benchmarks
