CEC Entertainment is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your management career within a beloved family entertainment company known for its high-energy and rewarding work environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and developing a skilled team that strives to ensure every guest leaves happy. Your responsibilities will cover multiple critical functions including time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining product and guest service standards. These rotations ensure well-rounded experience and a deep understanding of various aspects of the business. The Kitchen involves managing food safety, product ordering, and preparation of Chuck E. Cheese menu items. The Sales area oversees cashier operations, inventory management, and merchandise profitability. In the Showroom, you will coordinate and maximize birthday party bookings and guest satisfaction. The Gameroom requires partnering with the Technical Manager for equipment maintenance and optimizing game play. This diverse range of responsibilities highlights the comprehensive nature of the Assistant Manager role, offering great opportunities to develop versatile leadership and operational skills.

The company values key leadership skills such as coaching and developing others, effective communication, composure, resourcefulness, integrity, and time and priority management. These qualities help ensure the team delivers outstanding guest service and maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment. CEC Entertainment supports employee growth with job training and career advancement opportunities, recommending at least one year of management experience preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator. The role also requires the ability to work a 40-hour week, be at least 21 years of age, and have a high school diploma or GED.

CEC Entertainment is committed to the wellbeing of its employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible U.S. employees. Additionally, the company proudly promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace and provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
