Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Positive attitude and passion for guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure execution of all positions within the restaurant
- Maintain high guest satisfaction levels
- Oversee food quality and adherence to recipes
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage and motivate team members effectively
