Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure execution of all positions within the restaurant
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction levels
  • Oversee food quality and adherence to recipes
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage and motivate team members effectively
