Assistant Restaurant Managers at Dunkin lead by example, performing all team member duties and fostering a guest-focused culture. They facilitate team meetings alongside the Restaurant Manager and oversee the training, scheduling, and certification of staff, ensuring that everyone meets brand expectations. Successful candidates will have a background in retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership and demonstrate proficiency with basic computer skills, oral and written English communication, and fundamental math and financial management. Key competencies include strong analytical skills, guest focus, problem-solving abilities, time management, and the enthusiasm to embrace change and continuous learning.

Physically, the role involves activities such as standing for extended periods, repetitive motions like bending and reaching, lifting, and working in relatively small spaces. Wearing headsets and other equipment may also be part of the daily routine. Job Duties
