Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in running the restaurant
- direct team members
- operate all equipment
- assist with prep and stocking of products and ingredients
- prepare customer orders
- answer phones and process customer orders
- clean equipment, dishes, and the general facility
- perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty (MOD)
