The role in question is designed to assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to achieve targeted sales and profit levels. This Assistant Manager position plays a pivotal role in enforcing company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively for up to 8 hours
  • Good vision and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays
  • Capacity to work under pressure and irregular hours
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and preventive maintenance procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Some college or degree preferred
  • 1-2 years managerial experience preferred, especially in food service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine management

Job Duties
