Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation (not public transportation)
  • minimum 2 years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
  • strong desire to learn and grow
  • honest, energetic, and motivational personality
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • commitment to creating a great workplace culture

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve operational excellence
  • ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
  • train and develop employees to foster continuous improvement and growth
  • maintain adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • resolve customer complaints proactively and effectively
  • support general manager in implementing business strategies and achieving sales targets
