Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation (not public transportation)
- minimum 2 years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
- strong desire to learn and grow

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve operational excellence
- ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
- manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
- train and develop employees to foster continuous improvement and growth
- maintain adherence to food safety and quality standards
- resolve customer complaints proactively and effectively
- support general manager in implementing business strategies and achieving sales targets
