Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 1 year quick-service restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize activities
- Ability to interact with executives, union representatives and diverse team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year quick-service restaurant management experience
- Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
- Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and diverse hourly team members
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
