Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year quick-service restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize activities
  • Ability to interact with executives, union representatives and diverse team members
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in challenging situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year quick-service restaurant management experience
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and diverse hourly team members
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
