Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to manage and lead front-of-house staff
- commitment to providing exceptional member service
- capability to handle operational responsibilities such as cash handling and inventory monitoring
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver and model exceptional service standards in all outlets
- build strong relationships with members and anticipate their preferences
- resolve member concerns and maintain a visible presence on the floor during service periods
- train, supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff
- assist with hiring, onboarding, and new/ongoing training
- monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- promote a culture of positivity, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism
- actively embody and model the 'one team' mentality each and every day
- assist in managing day-to-day operations for restaurant outlets
- manage staff time-clock usage on a daily basis
- oversee opening and closing procedures
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- support special events, private functions, and club events as needed
- monitor inventory levels and support ordering processes
- ensure accurate POS usage and cash handling procedures
