Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation not public transit
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • energetic and motivational personality
  • commitment to creating a great workplace culture
  • willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence

  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • manage staff training and development initiatives
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • support the general manager with financial management and reporting
