The Assistant Restaurant Manager position at Wendy's is a critical leadership role within the restaurant's management team. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year of restaurant management experience
  • must be dependable and punctual
  • neat, clean and professional appearance
  • upbeat and engaging personality
  • fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • highly collaborative nature
  • exhibit a sense of urgency
  • strong work ethic
  • excellent math skills including basic computations and application of basic algebra
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • frequent bending, kneeling, lifting 25-50 lbs
