Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • available for a 50-hour work week
  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • basic computer literacy
  • reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • basic computer literacy
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • ability to manage teams and maintain operational standards

Job Duties

  • support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting company and brand standards
  • ensure team members and shift managers complete assigned duties
  • manage inventory and financial accountability
  • deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly
  • maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
  • solve problems with a smile and guide others
  • oversee cleanliness of restaurant and grounds
