The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Long John Silver's is pivotal in driving the restaurant's mission to be the world's favorite seafood restaurant. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 months experience as a Shift Manager
- Pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights and weekends
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are necessary
- Take pride in your work and prioritize customer service
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Practice high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team
