The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Long John Silver's is pivotal in driving the restaurant's mission to be the world's favorite seafood restaurant. This position entails leading a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of food safety, quality, and service Long John Silver's is known for. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring 100 percent guest satisfaction by efficiently resolving customer concerns and inspiring crew members to exceed performance expectations through motivation and leadership. A significant part of the role involves leveraging Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to continually improve service and product offerings.

In this leadership capacity, you will manage staffing levels to meet guest service needs, foster a culture built on respect and accountability, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and employees. Driving profitability through effective product management and waste minimization is also an essential component of the job, as is promoting positive engagement through every interaction with guests. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 months experience as a Shift Manager
  • Pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights and weekends
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are necessary
  • Take pride in your work and prioritize customer service
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice high standards of food quality and cleanliness
  • Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to timeliness
  • Ability to interpret various instructions and solve practical problems

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
