Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Capability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use financial reports to improve operations
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching to restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform daily management tasks including multi-tasking and physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the Restaurant Leader in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment
