Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Strength in food preparation and presentation quality
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret operating instructions
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and manuals
- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills
- Experience using financial reports to drive operational improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to influence operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in daily management and supervision of restaurant employees
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers
