Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with policies and health standards
  • Strength to ensure food quality and proper preparation
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance and operating instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to manage and train employees effectively
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret operational manuals and procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and training for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Manage food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • Mentor and coach staff alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Monitor restaurant conditions and maintain cleanliness and safety
