The company is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This position offers full-time hours and valuable leadership and management experience, along with competitive pay. The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Leader to provide guidance and training to restaurant employees, oversee daily restaurant operations, and maintain excellent standards of food quality and service. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and health department standards, managing restaurant conditions, and using P&L and other store reports to implement improvements and drive success.

Though a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience may qualify without it. Physical requirements include performing repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
