Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred: Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Familiarity with health department standards and food safety
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
- Strong multitasking and physical ability including lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
