Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and Health Department standards
  • Strength in maintaining food preparation quality and presentation
  • Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of Restaurant Management experience may substitute for diploma
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
  • Proficient computer knowledge, with preference for Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret procedural documents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to make informed operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support multi-tasking and physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
