Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide leadership and training for restaurant employees
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance requirements
  • Experience ensuring food preparation standards
  • Skilled in analyzing financial documents such as profit and loss statements
  • Proficient in reading and understanding operation manuals
  • Capable of multitasking and performing physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Previous restaurant management experience or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurant management
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and physical demands
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Manage proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to influence operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Lead training and development of restaurant employees
  • Manage multitasking duties including physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
